Everything was hot and fresh and tasty. We got the dinner for six and it fed us all nicely with some leftovers.

We submitted an order through the Golden Panda website at 6:41 PM where it took our credit card details. It then popped up with a window telling us to wait for confirmation of our order and that if it is a long wait to receive confirmation that means they cannot accept the order, though no cancel button. After 10 minutes of waiting for confirmation we took that as they were unable to fulfill our order so we went to a different restaurant. At 6:58 PM we got confirmation of our order and a charge was placed on our credit card. I called to explain the situation in hopes to catch them before they made the order and get a refund, they kept telling me to call the third party company I ordered from to get my refund, but again, I ordered from the Golden Panda website and the number I called was the only one listed on this site. Eventually a staff member said they would figure it out and to watch my bank for a refund, which I am hoping we will receive. Was quite looking forward to this meal after a long day of driving, and just wish they had a better / clearer ordering process.

Chicken was way overcooked- had to throw it out couldn’t even chew it- -both orders . Lemon and orange-

We have always liked food from Golden Panda, but this time our order was substandard.
The Singapore noodles were dry and nearly tasteless. And the beef noodle soup was spicy, but flavourless.
I am afraid you have lost our business.

The recipe for the dry garlic ribs has changed. The old way was better. Everything else was excellent. I didn’t appreciate trying to add in a tip automatically.
